International Trading
The company has been involved in the importation and exportation of various petroleum products in and out of West Africa especially Nigeria either directly or as brokers. The company is a very strong player in the export of small parcels of LPFO for supply as bunker fuels to International vessels and other West African countries.
We have also been involved in spot imports of cargoes for local petroleum product marketers. Our Geneva affiliate, Cleveland Overseas is also a major player importing various grades of petroleum products into West Africa.
A list of our clientele includes: Addax BV, Geneva, Sigmund Cummeneci, Zenon Petroleum & Gas, Multi-Trade Limited, Trafigura BV and Honeywell Oil & Gas to mention a few.
Shipping
The company also acts as Shipbrokers for interested buyers or charterers of oil tanker vessels in Nigeria.
We work in conjunction with our Geneva affiliate. We have since inception successfully sold four oil tanker vessels to interested buyers in Nigeria and chartered out several other vessels on spot charter basis. We are also ship Managers presently managing two of the vessels we negotiated the sale on behalf of the owners.
The Company has an Interim Certification from the NIMASA (Nigerian Flag Administration) for our safety management system for product tankers.
The company has a 6700MT dwt Product tanker vessel, MT ORE-OFE.
She is used for coastal transportation of products within Nigeria and West Africa territorial waters.
Coastal Sale of Petroleum Products
We are also involved in the sale of AGO to some oil services companies operating in the Niger Delta. These companies are involved in providing services to various oil rigs in Nigeria. Our clients include Westminster Dredging Ltd, Dully Shipping Ltd and Cien Investments Limited to mention a few.
Road Haulage
The company has strong links with a road haulage company who owns a fleet of road tanker trucks. The trucks are presently involved in the delivery of petroleum product for one of the oil marketing companies in Nigeria. We have also been involved in the evacuation and transportation of fuel out of the Kaduna refinery for sale on the International and local markets.
