MR. TUNDE IDOWU Mr. Idowu is highly experienced in supply and distribution logistics of petroleum products as well as bunkering, vessel operations and management. He was the General Manager, Supply & distribution of Honeywell Oil & Gas Ltd before joining Col Nigeria Ltd to become the Managing Director. |

| MR. OLATOKUNBO AMOSU Mr. Amosu is lawyer by training. He has 10 years experience in the oil industry and has been involved in trading both in Nigeria and the West African Coast. He is Highly experienced in bunkering, vessel operation and management, as well as supply and distribution logistics of petroleum products in Nigeria. Mr. Amosu has in the course of his career in the oil industry attended some courses and seminars among which is the prestigious course in International Trading and Supply of Petroleum Products of the Centre for Petroleum Studies, Oxford and the Tanker Ownership and Operations course at the same centre. He gained valuable experience in one of the foremost indigenous independent oil marketing companies and was among the team that pioneered the bunkering and marine sales activities of the company. Mr. Amosu coordinates logistics and operations in COL Nigeria limited. |  |
| MR. DELE LANISA Mr Lanisa is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria
(ICAN) with over 15 years experience in the top management of various companies
in Nigeria, five of which was as Chief Finance Officer of a foremost indigenous
oil marketing company in Nigeria. He was actually among the team that started
the company and took it to a formidable and enviable position in the Nigerian
